Refunds and Returns?
We only offer refunds and not returns as it is a food product we cannot guarantee tampering, however if there is a problem with the product that we have supplied, we will do an investigation and may offer a discount of future purchases be it an issue from our end. Full Refunds are only offered if the product ordered ran out of stock before shipment or is not up to standard for sending to you for your dog, or you are welcome to swap it out for something else of the same value.
Are the bones in the chicken feet safe?
YES! Air Dried bones especially small ones that crush like chicken bones are safe for dogs. Temperature plays a huge factor in safety, and because we dry it at room temp, there is no temperature increase that changes the bones structure which would cause it to shatter into shards, making it unsafe. We always have your doggies best interest at hand. But always keep a close eye as accidents can always happen and some dogs dont chew properly.
What if my dog has allergies?
We offer a range of Hypoallergenic treats and chews for your dogs, namely the Rabbit (coming soon), prawn and quail (coming soon)options. Perfect for sensitive stomachs and dogs with allergies. However there is always a risk for any time of allergy you may not know about, if any flare ups occur please contact your vet.
When will I get my order?
We try our best to make orders as prompt as possible, we are also only a one woman band doing all of this from home. so please allow for a minimum of 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped.
Where are your products manufactured?
Right at home, here in Cape Town. All of our products are handcrafted and home made, making for the best quality treats and chews your dog could ever want. One day we plan to move into a warehouse but for right now it is all made from home in our little home kitchen.
