We only offer refunds and not returns as it is a food product we cannot guarantee tampering, however if there is a problem with the product that we have supplied, we will do an investigation and may offer a discount of future purchases be it an issue from our end. Full Refunds are only offered if the product ordered ran out of stock before shipment or is not up to standard for sending to you for your dog, or you are welcome to swap it out for something else of the same value.

Sometimes some of the products are still in the driers when uploaded to the site, this means if the product is still drying there may be an added 2-3 days depending on when the drying process started.

YES! Air Dried bones especially bones like chicken bones are safe for dogs as they crush and become powdery. Temperature plays a huge factor in safety, and because we dry it at room temp, there is no temperature increase that changes the bones structure which would cause it to shatter into shards, making it unsafe. We always have your doggies best interest at hand. But always keep a close eye as accidents can always happen and some dogs don't chew properly.
